2019
In 2019, we embarked on our real estate journey with the acquisition of the first residence in Naples. We stood out in the best donadora.org campaign during the pandemic, transforming a property into a vital space for medical professionals, reaffirming our social commitment.
2021
The year 2021 marked a milestone with Casa Lomah Alameda, an innovative Bed and Breakfast (B&B) project, merging exceptional architectural design with unique lodging experiences.
2022
We expanded our operations to Mérida in 2022, solidifying our presence in a strategic location and reaffirming our commitment to regional growth.
2023
We concluded 2023 by managing 60 properties in various hospitality schemes, from co-living to traditional hotel accommodations, handling over 600 reservations per month, showcasing our effectiveness in property management.
2024 - TODAY
The year 2024 unfolds with a pipeline of 146 units, marking an exciting chapter in our ongoing growth and consolidation as leaders in the real estate industry.
